I still remember winning a camera as a prize from our local fish and chip shop when I was ten years old. From that day on, I was hooked. I loved the idea that a photograph could hold onto a moment long after it has passed and allows memories to stay with us.

While volunteering in Rwanda for over 6 years for various aid and development and christian organizations one of the main things i did was helping in the area of communications.
I spent time recording, and taking photos, the stories of people and communities whose lives had been transformed with the various organizations. Listening to those stories and documenting them through photographs showed me something important.
An image can do more than record a moment. It can tell a story, create connection, inspire hope and help people see things they may have otherwise missed.
That experience changed the way I looked at photography.
Today, I still love preserving memories, but what inspires me most is capturing the things that are often difficult to put into words. A look in someone’s eyes. A genuine smile. Confidence. Strength. Joy. A sense of self-worth.
I believe there is beauty in everything. We just need to look.
As a photographer, I am drawn to the moments that often go unnoticed. The moments between poses. The moments when people relax and become themselves. The fleeting expressions that reveal who someone truly is.
Those are the moments I love to capture.
For me, a portrait session is really about connection. It’s a chance to get to know each other, build trust and create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself.
My job isn’t simply to take photos.
My job is to help you feel like you belong. To help you feel seen. To help you feel comfortable enough to let your real self shine through.
The greatest reward comes when someone sees their photographs and discovers something in themselves they hadn’t fully seen before. Confidence. Beauty. Strength. Worth.
Those moments mean more to me than any technical achievement ever could.
I love fine art, fashion and pregnancy photography because they allow me to combine creativity with helping people feel beautiful. Every person has a story worth telling and something worth celebrating.
Photography asks us to do the same.
To slow down.
To notice.
To appreciate what is already there.
When people look back at their photographs years from now, I hope they feel happiness. I hope they remember who they were in that season of life and feel proud of the person looking back at them.
Most of all, I hope they are glad they stepped in front of the camera.
At the heart of everything I do are three things that matter deeply to me: love, family and creating beauty.
Photography allows me to bring those things together while preserving the moments that matter most.
Because long after a moment has passed, a photograph remains.
A reminder of a story.
A reminder of a feeling.
A reminder that you were there, and that your story was worth capturing.
